May 26: 43rd Annual Strawberry Chase 5K. The course is a flat loop including the town’s rail trail and scenic farmland west of Ridgely. Start and finish is at Martin Sutton Park. Registration opens at 7am on 4th Street near the skate park and the race starts at 8am. The 200-yard Strawberry Dash for children ages 3-5 is at 7:45am and is free.
