Dec. 16: 41st Annual Luminary Celebration Town of Vienna, 5-8pm. House Tours, Santa House, Special Reading of the Night Before Christmas. 1,500 luminarias line the streets for the 41st year. Dec. 17: The Tilghman United Methodist Church is hosting a Christmas Concert of local musicians. The concert features vocalist Beth Ann Dorman of Four All Seasons accompanied by Melinda Finlay singing a selection of Christmas and Holiday songs.
