Federalsburg Heritage Day Celebration

September 28 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Free

The Federalsburg Historical Society will host its annual Heritage Day Celebration on Saturday, September 28 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This free event will take place in their  handicap accessible Heritage Museum, which is located behind the Town Hall at 100 Covey – Williams Alley.
There will be a special exhibit of images and artifacts from the Caroline County Minutemen, which Max Chambers assembled in honor of the 1974 county bicentennial and our nation’s in 1976. In addition, former Federalsburg Town Manager and State Senator Rich Colburn will be our guest speaker discussing his career. Throughout the day, there will be  markdowns on all items in the Gift Shop, a raffle for a Candlelight Dinner at our historic “Exeter” house, a Bake Sale, and light refreshments available for purchase. All proceeds from Heritage Day go directly toward the ongoing maintenance of the museum and Exeter.
