Learn how to share the road safely with methods taught by the League of American Bicyclists

Safely operating on local roads and interacting with traffic by bicycle is not always for the faint of heart.  Using this course developed by the League of American Bicyclists, the instructor will prepare us for safely dealing with the unforeseen.

This course will include one classroom session, a second session on your own bicycle using parking lot drills of practical skills, and finished up with a group ride. You can attend only the classroom session if desired, but must attend the classroom session to join the second session.

This is a good course whether you are just wanting to get back on a bike, but are squeamish about doing so, or you ride year-round and could use some tips and skills for staying safe (and who doesn’t need that?).
