Seventh Annual Going Purple Together

Mid Shore Behavioral Health, Inc. (MSBH), in partnership with the mid-shore health departments of Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Talbot Counties, is proud to announce the seventh annual “The Mid-Shore is Going Purple Together” event, taking place on Saturday, September 26th from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Moton Park in Easton, MD.
Going Purple Together is a free, family-friendly event that celebrates recovery, supports individuals and families impacted by substance use, reduces stigma, and promotes hope and healing. The event will include community resource vendors, recovery stories, family activities, raffle prizes, and opportunities to connect with local support services. Open to everyone, the event brings the mid-shore community together to show support for recovery and connect individuals with helpful resources.
A highlight of the event will be our exciting raffle, featuring great prizes for the whole family, including a 65-inch TV, electric scooters, boys’ and girls’ bikes, a bluetooth speaker, wireless headphones, and a smart oven and air fryer. Attendees will have the chance to win these exciting prizes while enjoying a fun, family-friendly day celebrating recovery and community.
Now in its seventh year, Going Purple Together rotates annually among the five mid-shore counties. This year’s host, Talbot County, invites the entire region to come together for an afternoon of connection, celebration, and support.
