Tides of Grace is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization rooted on Maryland’s Eastern Shore with a mission that runs deeper than simply meeting needs. We exist to bring hope, stability, and connection to individuals and families experiencing hardship — whether it’s a single moment of crisis or a long season of struggle. Through monthly outreach events, emergency response efforts, and compassion-driven programs, Tides of Grace creates a ripple effect of kindness that uplifts the entire community.
Each month, our team serves over 400 people through a variety of initiatives. These include clothing and hygiene item distribution, support for seniors and individuals with disabilities, special needs inclusive dances, and crisis response for families facing sudden hardship. We believe that no one should face life’s storms alone — and that help should never come with judgment, restrictions, or red tape. Our mission is simple: support the Shore through kindness and compassion.
What makes Tides of Grace special is our ability to respond quickly and personally. When a local mom escapes domestic violence with nothing but her children and a car seat, we’re there with clothes, comfort, and connections. When a senior citizen can’t afford groceries or heat, we’re there with food, essentials, and dignity. And when the holidays come around, we turn local arenas into wonderlands to bring magic and hope to hundreds of children in need.
